Lead IT Specialist & Social Media Engagement Coordinator

• Thomas "Tommy" Gonzalez – Tommy manages and maintains the church's entire computer infrastructure, internet systems, and Wi-Fi networks. As Media Coordinator, he is responsible for displaying scriptures and sermon presentations across multiple sanctuary screens, launching opening service videos, and integrating presentation data into our live streams. He directly manages live streams to Facebook and YouTube, and oversees the technical operations that broadcast every single service into the airwaves of Cotulla via the LFFWC radio station, 101.5 FM. Through creative digital content and active community outreach, he keeps our global church family informed, inspired, and connected.

Sound Engineering Technician & Armor Bearer

• Fernando Gonzalez – Fernando ensures that every aspect of our live audio is mixed with precision and excellence. His technical expertise helps create a clear, balanced, and powerful sound environment for both our in-person congregation and online viewers.

Lighting Technician

• Eloy Zertuche – Eloy designs and manages the dynamic lighting that enhances our sanctuary environment, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging experience for everyone joining us in person and online.

Facilities Operations (HVAC & Electrical) & Armor Bearer

• Joe Ramon – Joe utilizes his technical expertise to maintain our HVAC and electrical systems, ensuring our sanctuary remains safe, comfortable, and fully operational for every service.
